Fillon to Miqati: Lebanon Must Respect International Commitments, U.N. Resolutions

إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربية W460

Prime Minister Najib Miqati received on Monday a cable from his French counterpart Francois Fillon in which he stressed France’s “absolute support” to the Lebanese government in confronting internal, regional, and international challenges.

He added that Lebanon should respect its international commitments and United Nations resolutions.

“Maintaining cooperation with the Special Tribunal for Lebanon is very important,” he continued.

The French premier noted that in 2005, Miqati voiced his support for the work of the international investigation team looking into the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.

Fillon is funny when he talks about respecting commitments and UN resolution... France committed to Khadafi under Fillon, invited Assad to a 14th July commemoration and is giving arms to Libyan rebels... this is called true respect of ones commitments and of UN resolutions... what ace hole, in french we say Fion (like Fillon).

Fillon should start fixing issues at home with common support for dictators all over the world and urge Israel to respect UN resolutions as well... but first, he should put some order in his house.

Mikati urges Fillon to stop killing innocent people in Libya and Afghanistan and voices his concerns on US policy in the region and the zillions of civilians killed... I'm dreaming but so is Trouducul

HAHAHAHAHAHA mabboud!!
You need to take a politics 101 class dude...
Obviously the French tried to reason with the Syrians, as isolating them did not give any fruitful result under Jacques Chirac.
I guess they played the game by handing them a hand that the idiot Assad never took... Well...what goes aroung comes around.... :)

As for Lybia, you probabely forgot that it was a UN resolution that authorised these bombings in order to protect the slaughter of innocent civilians, as the beggining of the events had shown. Italians who also had a good relation with Lybia (I guess you would have to have good relations with the country that has the 9th biggest reserve of oil) and are part of the coalition. So what???
Hors Sujet Mr mabboud! You get an F!

thepatriot... u said u were happy for bigdig that he finally found a boyfriend... I'll be very happy the day u find back ur brain.

UN resolution to bomb Libya... is in fact a UN resolution to protect civilians (not to bomb them idiot) and it was for "no fly zone" and it forbids arming both camps... France did give arms to the rebels which is against the resolution... but it's ok, we know that u r ignorant so I'll put that in the garbage bag with the rest.

Concerning Syria or Libya, Assad being in Paris and other dictators cherished by France, what's your point... I was talking about respecting commitments (be it ideas or engaging with someone.. flip flopping).. of course there are always reasons behind what people do... so does Lebanon when things change... it's exactly the same thing.

Hors sujet is when we have a subject; I initiated it & u didn't get it 4 being in HS mode, adding to ur incommensurate ignorance...

u have a lot to learn but first, try to find back your brain!!!!

@ the patriot
I'd like to share it with you...
when you learn more, you learn what other people want you to learn and what other people think is right. when what you originally thought may be just right, therefore don't think what people want you to think.

Have a good one

Someone must tell these funks to go funk themselves.

Thumb thepatriot 19 July 2011, 10:20

@mabboud the moron
"to take all necessary measures to protect civilians under threat of attack in the country, including Benghazi, while excluding a foreign occupation force"
I guess the sentence is WAY too complicated for your few neurones...
ALL NECESSARY MEASURES was the adopted term agreed in order not to use terms as explicit as "bombing" for example. Well, the entire world understood it... EXCEPT MABBOUD!! Moron!
And please explain where in the resolution it is stated that arming the rebbels was forbidden??
You always have this condescendent tone, as if you've got it al figured out, and you have the absolute knowledge of all information an analysis. You're a fake! Now, please, get back to your homework!

Thumb thepatriot 19 July 2011, 10:28

@mirvette11
Learning more is not only learning what people want you to learn, it is learning more things that you’ve learned already, and learning what you wish to learn. The more you learn, the better you can think, I think. But false learning will only result in false thinking. Eventually, you’ll learn that! ;)

@ the patriot
It does alright just forget about my post.
In fact I tried to suggest sth in an indirect way or without actually saying it.
No worries…..

@thepatriot... r u that stupid that u don't even know how to read: it says protect civilians i.e. not bombing them... I never said that they r not allowed to bomb military positions.

Anyways, the following links will clearly demonstrate to what extent u r a bouffon:
http://iphone.france24.com/en/20110630-russia-accuses-france-crude-violation-rebel-arms-drop-libya-un-embargo
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/mar/30/arming-libya-rebels-america-warned

What is funny is that the news were everywhere about the Arms embargo and France breaching it... u r a total failure my friend!!

Anyways, u r not supposed to know everything about UN resolutions but when u question what someone says, do at least some research and put your brain at work... once u find it.

Now, concerning your lesson about learning, it's so inconsistent that I'll put it on your brain failure and won't try to understand what u write when it seems that u don't know what u r writing... fetch 4 a brain.. please. thx

Thumb thepatriot 20 July 2011, 12:19

@ mabboud
You are such A JOKE!!!
I quote the resolution, and you post a couple of france24 relays of the Russians who were chilly about the application!
Read it! Imbecile! Instead of relaying the partial news, read the damned thing! Idiot!
http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2011/sc10200.doc.htm

Missing mabboud 20 July 2011, 13:31

@patriot... are u serious... what about the guardian article, why u don't want to comment on that? what about resolution 1970?

Who is a joke, the person who doesn't read the whole articles, & who thinks that UN has only the resolutions that he posts (& doesn't read)?

I'll make it simple, do you think that the article in the guardian is based on pure speculation? do you think that Russia is like you, posting in forums?

do u seriously think that UN didn't ban weapons for Libya? why did France had to try to justify the whole thing and why was it covered at length in the news???

for your info, in the link u just posted, there is a sentence that states:
"ensure strict implementation of the arms embargo established by paragraphs 9 and 10 of resolution 1970 (2011)"..cf. section Arms Embargo (ya Train).

u r partial & relaying partial news at best or too stupid to know what u r doing.. propaganda or lack of brain.. u choose!! u tell me???

u insult peoples' intelligence with ur posts!!

Missing mabboud 20 July 2011, 13:48

@thepatriot

u should change ur name to thepropagandist or thebuffoon, u chose.

but if @thepatriot is in reference for american anti-missiles and if ur job is to try to shoot on anything that flies above your little to non existent brain, then i guess u should keep it.

But if u ask me, I can't imagine that a person who knows how to write, could be so stupid and I'd say that u r a very bad and low calibre untrained propagandist trying to relay information he doesn't understand or question... u should try to get some training first or play with people from your mental age and stop insulting peoples' intelligence as I said.

Get a brain or get a life but stop thinking that u can make me say what I didn't and stop ur manipulations... I'll continue answering u no matter what u post and how many times u do it... I am patient, I know how to deal with stupid & arrogant kids, cheaters, liars, propagandist, etc.

if u want 2 continue, fine; make my day!! else, go play in the kindergarden..
