منظمة حظر الاسلحة الكيميائية: كافة الاسلحة الكيميائية في سوريا اصبحت تحت الاختام

اعلنت منظمة حظر الاسلحة الكيميائية الخميس ان مفتشيها المكلفين الاشراف على اتلاف الترسانة الكيميائية السورية وضعوا اختاما "لا يمكن كسرها" لاكثر من الف طن من المواد والاسلحة الكيميائية.
وقال المتحدث باسم منظمة حظر الاسلحة الكيميائية كريستيان شارتيه لوكالة فرانس برس "ان جميع مخزونات المواد الكيميائية والاسلحة الكيميائية وضعت لها اختام، اختام يستحيل كسرها".
وقال شارتيه "يتعلق الامر بالف طن من العناصر الكيميائية و290 طنا من الاسلحة الكيميائية" مؤكدا انها بقيت "في المواقع"، "لاننا لم نصل بعد الى مرحلة التحريك".
وتملك سوريا ايضا 1230 ذخيرة غير محشوة بمواد كيميائية او اسلحة من الفئة الثالثة.
وسيقرر المجلس التنفيذي لمنظمة حظر الاسلحة الكيميائية الذي سيجتمع في الخامس من تشرين الثاني، خارطة طريق لتدمير الاسلحة والمواد الكيميائية على اساس وثيقة، "خطة شاملة للتدمير" سلمتها سوريا في 24 تشرين الاول.
وفي وقت سابق اليوم اعلنت منظمة حظر الاسلحة الكيميائية ان كافة منشآت انتاج الاسلحة الكيميائية في سوريا اصبحت غير قابلة للاستعمال قبل المهلة المحددة في الاول من تشرين الثاني.
وقد زار الخبراء 21 من اصل 23 موقعا معلنا من قبل سوريا، و29 من 41 منشأة في هذه المواقع، فيما تجنبوا الموقعين الباقيين "لاسباب امنية".
وقال تقرير للمدير العام للمنظمة مؤرخ في 25 تشرين الاول قدم الى المجلس التنفيذي وحصلت وكالة فرانس برس على نسخة منه ان 18 من هذه المنشآت مخصصة للانتاج و12 للتخزين وثماني منشآت متنقلة تهدف الى التجميع وثلاث وصفت بشكل عام بانها "منشآت مرتبطة بالاسلحة الكيميائية".
واضاف التقرير "لكن سوريا قالت ان هذه المواقع متروكة وعناصر برنامج الاسلحة الكيميائية التي كانت فيها نقلت الى مواقع اخرى تم تفتيشها فعلا".
ومنظمة حظر الاسلحة الكيميائية التي حازت جائزة نوبل للسلام مطلع تشرين الاول، مكلفة الاشراف على تدمير الترسانة الكيميائية السورية على اثر قرار تاريخي للامم المتحدة.

The OPCW was deliberately confined in its work by the US. UN Representative Carla Del Ponte pointed to the opposition for the Aleppo attacks. The OPCW Ghouta Report was a sham written by NATO and Zionist agent Sellstrom.
The fact of the matter is that they report only about the Assad regime chemical weapons yet refuse to properly investigate previous and ongoing chemical attacks by the terrorists. Chemical attacks are supposed to be a crime against humanity but apparently not if you have political cover.

And there seems to be no ongoing investigation into the previous chemical attacks as they were assuredly Terrorist attacks.
Less than a week ago terrorists used chemical weapons against Kurds near the Turkish border ... Where is the outcry over that !!!

"The rebels used chemical weapons in north-eastern Syria near the border with Turkey on Tuesday, a Lebanese TV channel Al-Mayadeen reported.
The toxic shell exploded near a Kurdish defense forces’ checkpoint close to the border with Turkey in the city of Ras al-Ayn al-Hasakah.
The attack was reported by Kurdish defense forces who are conducting military operations against the rebels in the region.
They are quoted as saying they saw toxic yellow smoke that followed the shell explosion, while some of them had symptoms of severe chemical intoxication accompanied by nausea."

There is enough power in the region to suppress what Israel does. Israel now thinks twice before acting because there is a resistance in the region that can cause much harm to it. Remember how the Israeli army lost about 10 percent within 30 days of their so called Markava. Supposed to be the best military tank created.

Its only a small part of his population that is starving and being murdered because they are under control of extremists who placed sharia law on them. Anyone who disagrees or doesn't follow their made up bull laws gets executed. Anyone who is Shia Alawia or Christian gets executed. The whole rebel force is made up of salafi wahabi extremists

3- "jihadists" make up 10-% of the rebels according to different sources
4- minorities are living in rebels zones without being killed, actually some of them fight in the rebellion. But it's true that takfiris, some of them previously employed by assad, persecute minorities and Sunnis not thinkin like them.

It is true the Assad family has committed war crimes in Lebanon, but its either have assad which can politically be challenged or rebel terrorists come into Lebanon and attack our people and army with car bombs which they are already doing but it will be on much larger scale. Arsal is a safe haven for el nusra front where explosives and weapons are used against our lebanese army
