Nasrallah, Jumblat Discuss Cabinet Formation Efforts

Hizbullah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Progressive Socialist Party chief Walid Jumblat discussed the latest developments and cabinet formation efforts, a Hizbullah statement said Monday.

The statement said that Caretaker Minister Ghazi Aridi and Wafiq Safa attended the meeting at an undisclosed location. It did not say when the meeting took place.

The men discussed the latest developments in Lebanon and the Arab world and bilateral ties, said Hizbullah.

The Hizbullah secretary general and the head of the National Struggle Front bloc also held talks on the efforts to form the new government, the statement added.
