Iranian deputy foreign minister arrives in Beirut
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh and an accompanying diplomatic delegation arrived Wednesday at the Rafik Hariri International Airport, where they were received by a delegation from the Amal Movement led by senior official Khalil Hamdan, representing Speaker Nabih Berri, and MP Ali al-Meqdad, representing the leadership of Hezbollah.
Hamdan conveyed to the Iranian official greetings from Berri and the leadership of the Amal Movement, welcoming him to Lebanon, the National News Agency said.

So the Iranian visit is not an official state visit ... Amal and Mr. Berri are not the foreign minister and were not authorized t represent the ministry .. and so Mr. Berri was speaking and represented entirely as a private citizen ... how sweet for the new ayatollah to send a junior staffer all this way just to say "hi" to members of Amal ...

What a dysfunctional failed state.
The audacity to still accept these people that have caused all this is beyond any sanity. Diplomatic relations should've been cut off permanently.
Like WTF is he coming to do in Lebanon? More destruction?
