Aoun travels to Qatar for official visit
President Joseph Aoun traveled Tuesday to Doha on an official visit, following an invitation from Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.
Aoun was accompanied by Foreign Minister Youssef Rajji and will be joined in Doha by Lebanese Ambassador to Qatar Farah Berri.
The visit will continue until Wednesday afternoon and will involve bilateral talks between Aoun and Sheikh Tamim and a broad meeting between the Lebanese and Qatari sides.
