NATO says need to 'turbo-charge' defense to prevent Russian threat
NATO chief Mark Rutte on Thursday issued a stark warning to "turbo-charge" defense spending, saying European nations need to do more to "prevent the next big war" as the threat from Russia grows.
"We are not ready for what is coming our way in four to five years," Rutte said in a keynote speech in Brussels. "Danger is moving towards us at full speed."
