Suleiman: Lebanon in Dire Need for Dialogue
إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربيةPresident Michel Suleiman on Friday stressed that “Lebanon is in a dire need for dialogue among its components” amid the extraordinary circumstances the Arab region is going through.
Separately, the president called on the state to shoulder its responsibilities in providing employment opportunities for the newly-graduated students and to keep them away from the political distribution of shares.
Suleiman has called on the rival political parties to engage in a national dialogue over the divisive issues.
Although the opposition March 14 camp has welcomed Suleiman’s call, it is insisting that the agenda should be limited to discussing a sole topic: Hizbullah’s controversial arsenal of weapons.
The armed party has also voiced its support for national dialogue, but it has stressed that its arms were not a subject for debate.
Our great president, may God bless him and extend his term at least 3 more times, apparently has no friends, from Al Mustaqbal all the way down to Zoro Fares Soaid. But our faith in God will help our greatest president ever to remove the zeer from the beer single handedly.
when a dialogue takes place it should honest open and about everything , you can not have a dialogue about one thing and the other is off limit ? when Hezbollah says the arms are off limit and not allowed to be included in the dialogue "and this topic is a major contention point with everyone " what is the sense of the dialogue when one party tells the others what can we or can't talk about . ?
we will reach serious national dialogue when salafi party and some radical christian parties give up on usa/zionist policy in the region.
when these parties become serious, they will counter any syrian influence in lebanon, and protect our weapons against zionists.
except lady gaga, he will always be an idiot
the filthy zionist media war terrorist hallucinate about syria/iranian obedience, and also, they hallucinate that aoun berri and nasrallah follow my logic.
