Patriarch al-Rahi: I Will Soon 'Spill the Beans'
إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربيةMaronite Patriarch Beshara al-Rahi lamented on Friday the “make or break” moral that the political parties raise their youth on, stressing that Lebanese politicians are still waiting for a green-light from foreign countries to elect a head of state.
“Soon I will spill the beans,” said the Patriarch, expressing resentment at the almost five month delay in electing a president.
He made his remarks during his ongoing trip to Sydney, Australia.
The politicians are still waiting for a green-light from abroad to elect a head of state, he was quoted as saying.
“I have come to the conviction that they want to change the Lebanese entity. They want a tripartite coalition government which we strongly reject,” he concluded.
Lebanon has been left without a president since May when the term of President Michel Suleiman ended.
Ongoing disputes between the rival March 8 and 14 camps have thwarted the election of his successor.

better late than never your Eminence. Say it as it is.
Aoun is helping the iranian backed hezbollah achieve the disintegration of our country. Do it and history will remember you as a beacon of truth, faith, and conviction.
the patriarch is clearly talking about those running from the vote because they will not be chosen.
the Iranian extremist terrorist militia must be paying this ex general a lot of money to destroy the Christian presence in Lebanon.

They want a tripartite coalition government!
But nassallah said it was the French who approached him regarding "tripartite" and he refused. LOL
Screw them all corrupt politicians period
Time for a grass root upheaval to remove these bad guys from politics and replace them by decent Lebanese who will work for the country
It is about time to expose those who pretend they are working for the Christians and for the good of Lebanon. We have nothing in common with Iranian culture, politics, or vision. I hope Batrak Al Rahi will finally speak out.
educate us southern as you know everything: tell us how much were they paid? what instructions? any sources? facts? or just based on your pure assumptions and fantasies?
southern please turn off your Português spellchecker por favor e obrigado, it's the proof, repeat after me, proof, the proof, pee are oh oh eff, proof which is is nowhere in the WikiLeaks cable you supplied, when it comes to funding it only mentions Christians Mouawad and Ilbon by name
southern still waiting for that proof not prove, proof, e em Inglês Entende? The proof is nowhere in the cable you so gleefully pasted as your "prove"
NB: I find it amusing how as soon as you stopped posting as southern lo and behold Portugal showed up.. then you both disappeared only to reappear again back to back. I think this could be a subject for a fascinating case study.
God bless al Rahi for speaking the truth. He is referring to the Saudi-Salafist puppet Geagea, who wants to change Lebanon from a bipartite government to a tripartite one and further increase the kingdom of terrorism's influence on Lebanon.
You like wikileaks Southy... here we go...
"Aoun is stuck
in an opposition movement going nowhere because of his
acceptance of Syrian and Iranian funds"

But that's just what he said back on March 25th to Marcel on Kalam el Nass and we waited and waited. I think he's prone to grandstanding when he gets excited then he goes back into the riddles mode once he cools down.
I think tsunami aoun has ambitions to become patriarch if he can't make it to the presidency?
the_roar i was wondering if you will be wearing a formal black tie suit for the private dinner party
hahaha! that was so funny flamethrower! We are out for dinner and reading your comments on the mobile. Your comments are like an appetizer before the main course. Something another!
Patriarch al-Rahi: I Will Soon 'Spill the Beans'.
Waiter: Well then you will clean it up yourself, I ain't moppin' after ya!
Here is an idea. How about we forget the old, ugly politicians and elect some hot chicks for us like Tracy Chamoun, Strida, etc. I am all for that. Who cares M8, M14, M Ballout.
Enjoy life.
