عون يشيد بتحديد العلاقة بين المقاومة والقوات المسلحة ضمن تصور سليمان

رأى رئيس "التيار الوطني الحر" النائب ميشال ان تصور رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان حول الاستراتيجية الدفاعية، "تقنياً"، مشيداً بتحديده العلاقة بين المقاومة والقوات المسلحة. وشدد على ضرورة اجراء الانتخابات، رافضاً التمديد لرئيس الجمهورية او اعادة انتخابه.
وفي حديث الى صحيفة "ألاخبار" رأى عون، ان تصور سليمان حول الاستراتيجية، هو "ورقة عمل تقنية، ما عدا فقرة واحدة، التي تحدد اطار العلاقة بين القوات المسلحة والمقاومة"، مشددا على ان هذه "الفكرة صحيحة مئة في المئة".
واوضح أن "الجيش اللبناني لا يمكن ان يكون له في اي حال من الاحوال القدرة على مواجهة اي فريق في المحيط. لذا يجب وجود تكامل بين العمل العسكري والمقاومة".
واشار عون، في حديثه لـ"الاخبار" الى ان "الجيش حارس الحدود وهو القوة الضاربة الوحيدة الداخلية في الحالات العادية التي تقاوم الارهاب وتدعم قوى الامن في مكافحة الجريمة"، الا انه في حال "تعرض لبنان لأي عدوان، فإن الجيش لن يستطيع الدفاع والثبات في القتال نسبة الى موازيين القوى المتوافرة، وخصوصاً اسرائيل، هنا يبدأ عمل المقاومة لتحرير الأرض".
وقال ان "رئيس الجمهورية اعطى اطارا عاما وأنا أقدم فكرتي". ورداً على ان قوى 14 آذار رفضت هذه الورقة لأنها تعترف بـ"حزب الله" كمؤسسة أمنية، شدد على ان "دور المقاومة ليس امنياً. بل في حال حدوث خطر امني، ولم يتمكن الجيش من المقاومة وانكفأ، حينها تكون المقاومة الاسلوب الوحيد الذي يستطيع مواجهة جيش نظامي، لأنها خلايا متدربة على قتال العصابات".
وفي جلسة الحوار الوطني التي عقدت الخميس في بعبدا، وزع سليمان على المتحاورين ورقة تتضمن طرحه حول الاستراتيجية الدفاعية، اثر الجلسة، وفي بيان صادر عن المتحاورين، تم التوافق على "ضرورة اعتبار التصور الذي قدمه سليمان حول الاستراتيجية الدفاعية منطلقا للمناقشة، مع التشديد على ضرورة المحافظة على ديناميكية الحوار".
وتم تحديد 12 تشرين الثاني المقبل موعدا جديدا للحوار. وستقوم كافة القوى بدرس تصور سليمان على ان تبدي رأيها تباعا.
وخلال حديث الى "الاخبار"، سئل عون عن انه "اذا أرادت ايران استخدام حزب الله للرد على اسرائيل للدفاع عن مصالحها، فلن يكون ذلك بمثابة حرب ضد الاحتلال؟"، فرد عون، قائلاً ان "اسرائيل تقصد بحربها على ايران، حرباً ضد طهران و"حزب الله" وسوريا، اذ ان مناوراتها في الشمال هي ضد هؤلاء الثلاثة".
وتابع "انا لا اعرف اذا كان في نيتها ذلك ام لا، لكن لا احد يستطيع ان يؤكد العكس، فاذا كانت اسرائيل ترى ان الثلاثة جبهة واحدة، فمصلحتها ان تضرب ايران ثم سوريا ومن ثم حزب الله، أي بالتقسيط".
واردف، قائلاً "أنا والحزب متفقان على أن السلاح هو للدفاع عن الارض اللبنانية. هذا الاتفاق مكتوب". فسئل عما اذا تم خرق هذا الاتفاق وجرى الدفاع عن المصالح الإيرانية لا اللبنانية، كما تقول 14 آذار، فلفت الى ان "هذا اعطاء نيات لحزب لبناني يدافع عن الخارج. ألا يدافعون هم عمن يدعمونهم في سوريا، وعن السعودية وتركيا. كلنا متفقون على أن المخاطر الاسرائيلية تشمل الارض والمياه وتوطين الفلسطينيين".
ونقلت وكالة "مهر" الإيرانية للأنباء، الاسبوع الفائت، عن المستشار الاعلى للقائد العام للقوات المسلحة اللواء يحيى صفوي قوله "اذا قام الكيان الصهيوني يوما ما بأي خطوة ضدنا، فإن مجموعات المقاومة وخاصة حزب الله، سترد بكل سهولة على هذا الكيان، باعتبارها تشكل عمق دفاعنا الاستراتيجي".
من جانب آخر، شدد عون، في حديثه الى "الاخبار" على ضرورة اجراء الانتخابات النيابية، مشيراً الى ان 14 آذار هي من له مصلحة في تطيير الانتخابات، وقال "نحن اتفقنا مع جزء من المسيحيين على مشروعين، اللقاء الأرثوذكسي والنسبية، وهم يريدون 15 دائرة، فقلنا لهم تكرموا".
واردف "نحن نريد أن نكشف النيات لأنهم يضحكون على الناس"، مشيراً الى ان "مشروع اللقاء الأرثوذكسي هو طرح القوات والكتائب، نحن طرحنا النسبية بأي شكل من الأشكال، وانا قلت إنني مع لبنان دائرة واحدة". "لكنهم يريدون مشروعاً يقصونه على القياس".
وعما اذا كان ثمة "خشية من بقاء قانون 1960، لأن (رئيس "جبهة النضال الوطني" النائب وليد) جنبلاط هو بيضة القبان"، قال عون لـ"الاخبار" ليس عندي بيضة قبان، بل يجب أن تكون هناك أكثرية تصلح الوضع. لا يجوز أن يوقف نائب او اثنان قانون النسبية. قلنا في الدوحة إن قانون 1960 لمرة واحدة".
الى ذلك، اعلن رئيس "تكتل التغيير والاصلاح"، عن رفضه التمديد لرئيس الجمهورية او اعادة انتخابه، قائلاً "انا ضد اي تمديد، مهما كان، من العسكري الصغير الى الكبير"، موضحاً "حتى يحصل التمديد يجب أن يكون استثنائياً. واذا حدث امر استنثائي نمدد، وإلا فحين تنتهي الدورة الطبيعية تكون قد انتهت".
يُشار الى ان لجنة بكركي التي تمثل الكتل المسيحية الاربعة (الكتائب والقوات والتيار الوطني الحر والمردة) لم تتفق بعد على طرح حول الانتخابات يرضي كافة اطرافها، وقد شهدت الآونة الاخيرة مناوشات بين اعضائها حيث تم تبادل الاتهامات في الالتفاف على "لجنة بكركي".
يُذكر ان مجلس الوزراء، أقر مطلع آب الفائت، قانونا للإنتخاب يعتمد النسبية في 13 دائرة إنتخابية.(بيروت: دائرتان، الجنوب: دائرتان، البقاع: 3 دوائر، الشمال: 3 دوائر، وجبل لبنان: 3 دوائر).

By the way General, the Pasdaran are based in Lebanon in Ras al-Aïn (Baalbek). They also have bases in Tyr, Aïn Boussawr, Mlita (Djebel Safi) and Macheghara (West Beka'a ). Their commander in chief in Lebanon is Assadalah Hadji Reza Asgar (" Abou Asager ").

let me remind you that before hezbollah came the shias were the most free and partying people in lebanon! they drank alcohol, had no ruler to tell them what to do and the south was the most liberated region in lebanon...

Israel never attacked Lebanon without provacation. So, what is Aoun alluding to? lebanon's territories had all been liberated, dave Shabaa farms which is in dispute between Syria and Lebanon. Israel has on more than one occasion stated that it wants to live in peace and tranquility with the Republic of Lebanon.
Israel and Lebanon even signed an agreement in the 1980's but this was quickly torn up by the Lebanese Government.
Israel's only disagreement with Lebanon is over Hizballah. Both Israel and Lebanon know that this terrorist organisation, with its leader stuck in his rat hole underground, is one single organisation working day and night to undermine Lebanese peace and security.

Question is if Lebanon really needs the Hezbulla to defend its borders from Israel. As the ball is all in Lebanon's hands since many years.
Instead of preparation to confront Israel with war, why don't you offer instead to live in peace? Isn't it the interest of both countries to have a quiet border for the prosperity of Lebanon same for north of Israel?. there is no dispute and no significant territorial dispute, as if any can be settled sitting to the table and not to run for war. as both sides will only lose but Lebanon will lose more.

1. Making peace with Israel - this will be easy. Neither side has territorial or other claims on the other.

He is trying to tell people that as a lesson learned from history when he declared "Harb el Tahreer" that the Army needed the LF as resistance yet he himself screwed up at that time especially when each family was divided and the brother fought the cousin because of his short vision and imposed war at that time, If you needed the resistance to protect Lebanon from Israel then we need another resistance in the North and Bekaa to protect against the Syrian aggression you short sighted?
