روسيا: وثائق ترحيل النفايات اللبنانية مزورة

نفى مدير الشؤون الصحافية في وزارة الموارد الطبيعية الاتحادية الروسية نيكولاي غودكوف أن تكون بلاده قد أعطت موافقتها على التخلص من النفايات اللبنانية على أراضي الاتحاد الروسي، واصفا المراسلات بخصوص الموافقة بأنها وهمية ومزورة.
وقال المسؤول الروسي: "إن الوثيقة التي سلمتنا إياها سفارة الجمهورية اللبنانية بخصوص موافقتنا على استقبال النفايات وثيقة مزورة وتحمل توقيعاً مزوّراً وغير مسجلة".
وأضاف: "بعد اكتشافنا التزوير، ناشدنا وكالات إنفاذ القانون ملاحقة المشاركين في هذه الأعمال غير المشروعة وجلبهم للمساءلة القانونية".
وأوضح غودكوف أن "تصدير النفايات يخضع لاتفاقية بازل وبالتالي لإجراءات محددة ومعقدة بحيث يقع على البلد الأجنبي تقديم مذكرة وفق نموذج محدد إلى السلطة المعنية بإدارة الاتفاقية، وليس إلى وزارة البيئة الروسية كما ورد في الوثيقة المزورة".
وقال مدير الشؤون الصحافية إن سلطات محافظة كوبان "أنكرت المعلومات التي تتحدّث عن استقبال النفايات اللبنانية في المحافظة"، مؤكّداً أن "المكان غير مجهّز بمحارق للنفايات كما أشيع".
ونقل موقع "روسيا اليوم" عن وزير الطاقة والخدمات في إقليم كراسنودار، الكسندر فولوشين، ان الأنباء عن ترحيل النفايات اللبنانية الى إقليمه هي "تلفيقات معتلة"، مؤكداً عدم وجود صفقات كهذه لدى وزارته، وأنه لم تعقد أي اتفاقات من هذا النوع.
وأشار إلى أن منطقة كوبان التي تحدثت المعلومات عن نقل النفايات اللبنانية إليها، هي منطقة منتجعات ومصحات، موضحاً أن إقليم كراسنودار لا يملك المعدات اللازمة لإتلاف النفايات.

It is mind boggling this government is going to spend USD 500 million to export trash. The plan was approved unanimously by this cabinet so no one is innocent. Yet, various political parties were for pure internal consumption screaming how Sukleen was robbing the lebanese people and the treasury. Where is the change and reform now?
