المدعي العام في "المحكمة الدولية" يؤكد أن التحقيق بقضية حمادة وحاوي والمر لم يتوقف

كشف المدعي العام في المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان نورمان فاريل أن الجرائم التي يعملون عليها حاليا هي تلك التي استهدفت النائب مروان حمادة وجورج حاوي إضافة الى محاولة اغتيال وزير الدفاع الاسبق الياس المر، مؤكدا أن التحقيق مستمر في القضايا.
وقال فاريل لصحيفة "السفير" الثلاثاء أن هذه الجرائم هي التي طلب المدعي العام السابق لدى المحكمة دانيال بلمار ضمها إلى اختصاص المحكمة بتاريخ 19 آب 2011، بعد أن قدم الى قاضي الإجراءات التمهيدية دانيال فرانسين "حججاً وجيهة" تبرر طلب تنازل السلطات القضائية اللبنانية عن هذه القضايا، فاتخذ الأخير قراراً بذلك.
وإذ لفت فاريل الى أنه "لا يناقش قضايا لا تزال قيد التحقيق"، أوضح أن "الهجمات الأخرى التي وقعت في لبنان خلال الفترة ما بين 1 تشرين الأول 2004 و12 كانون الأول 2005، أو في أي وقت لاحق، بما في ذلك اغتيال النائب وليد عيدو، ليست حاليا في نطاق إختصاص المحكمة".
وأشار الى أن "التحقيق في هذه القضايا يبقى مع السلطة اللبنانية".
وبشأن طلب الضم التلقائي للجرائم الثلاث خارج موافقة الحكومة اللبنانية ومجلس الأمن، شدّد المدعي العام على أنّ "هذه الجرائم لا تحتاج الى ذلك".
وقال للصحيفة عينها "من المفيد التوضيح أن الهجمات التي وقعت في لبنان بعد 12 كانون الأول 2005 تتطلب إتفاقاً بين الطرفين، بالإضافة إلى موافقة مجلس الأمن الدولي قبل ان تتم إحالتها الى المحكمة".
عليه، أفاد أن "الهجمات ضد مروان حمادة وجورج حاوي والياس المر لم تكن تتطلب اتفاقاً بين الأطراف او موافقة مجلس الأمن".
واستهدف حمادة بتفجير لسيارته وقع في 1ـ 10ـ 2004 انا اغتيال جورج حاوي فكان بتاريخ 26 حزيران 2005 ، وكانت محاولة ايضا لاغتيال المر بتاريخ 12تموز العام نفسه.
يُذكر أن المحاكمات في قضية المتهمين بمقتل الحريري (في 14 شباط 2005) افتتحت في 16 كانون الثاني 2014، وأدلى 36 شاهداً بإفاداتهم أمام المحكمة وقبلت 461 بينة بوصفها أدلة.
وبحسب نص الاتهام فان مصطفى بدر الدين (52 عاما) وسليم عياش (50 عاما) وهما مسؤولان عسكريان في "حزب الله"، دبرا ونفذا الخطة التي ادت الى مقتل الحريري مع 22 شخصا اخرين بينهم منفذ الاعتداء في 14 شباط 2005 في بيروت. واصيب في التفجير ايضا 226 شخصا.
اما العنصرين الامنيين حسين عنيسي (39 عاما) وأسد صبرا (37 عاما) فهما متهمان بتسجيل شريط فيديو مزيف تضمن تبني الجريمة باسم مجموعة وهمية اطلقت على نفسها "جماعة النصر والجهاد في بلاد الشام".
وفي 11 شباط 2014، أصدرت غرفة الدرجة الأولى قراراً بضمّ قضية المتهم الخامس حسن حبيب مرعي إلى قضية المتهمين الأربعة.

Southern, all I am asking you is a simple thing: Why did the then president Lahoud immediately started removing and disturb all indices of the crime scene that same night of the 14 February 2005 to unknown destinations? Why was he stopped a day after? Why was the then serving minister Frangieh go to such lengths to tell the public that it was an aerial missile attack instead of the huge truck bomb? Why was the pro-Syrian government doing everything in its hands to dissimulate facts? And why my dear Southern, every time we talk of the STL, you're so quick to post against? Southern, you people are quick on judgmental traits aren't you? Rashid Karame ya habibe was killed by a group of Christian politicians, Johny Abdou then army chief of intelligence, Amin gemayel and Samir Geagea amongst others as well. The plan was moving normally when at the last moment they left Geagea alone on this. Then, about Karame, wlak Allah maye reddo, you're lamenting on that traitor? Now about Chamoun, ya habibe, those who kiilled Kamal Jumblat are the same people who killed Chamoun, sit with Walid Beyk and have a word in private with him. But about the murders of anti-Syrian figures, the plot is thick with Hezbollah, Syrian and Iranian involvement. Now if you think I've lost credibility, who gives a sh*t about how you feel, it's about time we say things as they are, Hezbollah is guilty as broad daylight rape.
