عون يرفض انتخاب رئيس "دمية": المواجهة مفتوحة ولسنا حرفا ناقصا

لا يزال رئيس تكتل "التغيير والاصلاح" النائب ميشال عون متمسكا في مواقفه المطالبة برئيس "قوي وتوافقي لا دمية" للجمهورية، مؤكدا استمرارية "المواجهة" ومشددا في الوقت عينه على مطالبه المتعلقة بملف التعيينات الامنية والعسكرية التي تتوقف عليها مسالة انعقاد جلسة حكومية.
ونفى عون في حديث مع صحيفة "الجمهورية" أن يكون قد "أستنفِد القوة السياسية"، لا سيما بعد دعوته لجمهوره ان يتحرك في الشارع. وقال "قلت لهم إستعدوا لأنّ الوضع يتطلّب هذا التحرّك".
ورفض عون أن "تتكرّر تجربة العهد السوري في لبنان فيُنتخب رئيس دُمية"، موضحا ان "الرئيس التوافقي هو رئيس يتقاسمه الجميع، ونحن نريد رئيساً توفيقياً له وزن يستخدمه في المكان المناسب ليُصحّح المسار".
وقال وقال "إذا لم يستطع الرئيس أن يجمع إقليمياً لأنّ الإقليم أقوى منّا، يمكنه ضبط الفساد والأمن في الداخل. أمّا من يربح ويخسر في الخارج فهذا موضوع آخر".
عليه، اكد عون انه توافقي، رافضا ان يحمله البعض نتيجة التعطيل الحاصل سواء في مركز الرئاسة الاولى مرورا بمجلس النواب وصولا الى الحكومة بسبب التعيينات. وقال "هذه البنود تتعلّق بحقوق المسيحيين".
وفسر عون أن "قيادة الجيش تعود في القانون الى الموارنة وفي التعيين لدينا الأرجحية في اختيار مَن يملك الكفاءة"، معتبرا انه "عندما لا يحترمون القانون ويمددون بطريقة غير قانونية ودستورية، يصبح قائد الجيش أجيراً بلا حصانة لأنّ حصانته تأتي من تعيينه في مجلس الوزراء بالثلثين، وبالتالي إمضاء الوزير غير قانوني".
ويرفض عون التمديد لقائد الجيش جان قهوجي معتبرا الامر "غير شرعي". ودعا مرات عديدة الى "اعادة الحصانة والهيبة لقيادة الجيش"، متهما ان هناك "تعمدا بافراغ المواقع المسيحية".
وأضاف عون لـ "الجمهورية" "هناك فراغ في قيادة الجيش وليس في موقع قائد الجيش، أي في المجلس العسكري. ليتفضّلوا ويضعوا معايير انتخاب رئيس حتى ننزل جميعاً الى مجلس النواب".
وعن التمديد ولاية رئيس الأركان التي تنتهي في 7 آب و ولاية مدير المخابرات في الجيش التي تنتهي في 20 أيلول، أكد عون ان التكتل سيعارض وسيرفض قبول التمديد مرة ثانية. وسال "هل سيمددون مرتين مثل مجلس النواب؟".
وأردف عون "هناك مئات الضبّاط في قوى الأمن الداخلي. ليختاروا أحدهم ، لكن لا نستطيع أن نقسّم القوى الأمنية جزءين أو ثلاثة أجزاء (علي يَرث وعلي لا يَرث)".
وعن دخول الحكومة في اجازة خلال شهر رمضان قال رئيس "التيار الوطني الحر" "لستُ أنا مَن أدعو إلى انعقاد الجلسات".
كما شدد عون على انه يحترم "الآلية الدستورية في انتخاب رئيس، لكنّ الميثاق يأتي اولاً ويجب احترامه"، سائلا "لماذا يحترمونه في الطائفتين السنية والشيعية وعند المسيحيين لا يُحترم؟ على قاعدة «يَلّي إلك لإلك، ويَلّي إلي لإلك ولإلي".
وتابع " لسنا حرفاً ناقصاً أو صنفاً ثانياً في الجمهورية. نحن الطائفة المؤسسة للبنان ونرفض ان يُنكر علينا هذا الحق. وعلى حدّ قول ميشال شيحا: من يحاول إلغاء طائفة في لبنان يُلغي لبنان".
ولفت عون الى أن "لبنان قائم على التوازن الطائفي، وضمن هذا التوازن لنا رئاسة الجمهورية على رغم الصلاحيات الإجرائية البسيطة لكن يجب ممارستها"، مشيرا الى أنه "عند انتخاب رئيس ضعيف تقوّض صلاحيّاته ويعمّ الفساد وتشلّ الادارة ويصبح كل وزير "فاتِح ع حسابو"، خصوصاً في الوزارات الحسّاسة.
وفي هذا الاطار رأى عون أن "تيار "المستقبل" و "14 آذار" يسعون لفرض الرئيس الذي يريدونه وهذا الرئيس لا يمثّل المسيحيين".
وخلص عون الى القول "حتى الساعة، هناك مواجهة. هناك دولة عظمى في الشرق الأقصى خسرَت الحرب مع حليفِها، وعندما طلب منها أن تنقذَه وتقف معه لأنّه نفّذ ما نصَحته به، أجابَته: لماذا قبلتَ النصيحة. لذلك لو نصَحني العالم كلّه فأنا الوحيد الذي أعلَم ما هو مرَضي. أريد رئيساً قويّاً وأنا أعلمُ مَن".

no matter how you spin it, boycotting a vote because you fear you will lose it and telling the "Opposition" parties to vote for you is contradictory to democracy lol. Only in Lebanon a politician telling opposition parties to vote for him is considered normal, in other countries constituents vote mp's to represent their interests and that does not include voting in Parliament in favor of the politician that their constituents voted against!!! so again no matter how you spin it or justify it what Aoun and H.A are doing is undemocratic and they know if they dont boycott the vote they will lose "democraticly"

Instead of us talking about how Hezbollah has paralyzed the Lebanese Government so that it can prosecute its proxy war in Syria on behalf of Iran and thus jeopardize the Lebanese Republic, we have the Crazy Aoun to talk about and to blame for the current state of paralyzed affairs.
