استمرار الغارات والمواجهات غداة انتهاء "عاصفة الحزم".. والحوثيون يطالبون بوقف كامل للعمليات وباستئناف الحوار

شنت مقاتلات التحالف العربي الاربعاء غارات جديدة على مواقع للحوثيين في جنوب اليمن حيث استمرت المواجهات على الارض بالرغم من اعلان التحالف الذي تقوده السعودية انتهاء عملية "عاصفة الحزم"، بحسبما افاد مصادر عسكرية ومحلية لوكالة "فرانس برس".
وذكر ضابط في الجيش لوكالة "فرانس برس" ان غارات استهدفت مقر اللواء 35 مدرع الذي سيطر عليه الحوثيون في وقت سابق الاربعاء في شمال تعز (جنوب صنعاء)، كما استهدفت مواقع لهم بالقرب من السجن المركزي في جنوب غرب المدينة.
وفي وقت لاحق، استهدفت غارات اخرى مواقع للحوثيين في منطقة الوهط بين محافظتي لحج وعدن في جنوب اليمن.
وهي اول غارات للتحالف بعد الاعلان عن انتهاء "عاصفة الحزم" التي تقودها السعودية والتي انطلقت في 26 اذار.
وتمكن المتمردون الحوثيون الزيديون صباح الاربعاء من السيطرة على مقر اللواء 35 مدرع الموالي للرئيس المعترف به دوليا عبدربه منصور هادي عند الاطراف الشمالية لتعز بحسبما افاد المصدر العسكري.
وقال المصدر، وهو ضابط من اللواء الذي كان يواجه الحوثيين وحلفاءهم منذ اسابيع في المدينة، ان مقر اللواء في شمال تعز سقط "في اعقاب معارك عنيفة استخدمت فيها دبابات واسلحة من جميع العيارات"، مقدرا الضحايا ب"عشرات القتلى والجرحى".
وفي نفس الوقت، استمرت المواجهات المسلحة الاربعاء في عدة مدن بجنوب اليمن بين الحوثيين و"المقاومة الشعبية" المناهضة لهم بحسب مصادر محلية.
وذكرت المصادر ان المواجهات استمرت حتى بعد ظهر الاربعاء في عدن، كبرى مدن الجنوب، وفي تعز والضالع والحوطة عاصمة محافظة لحج.
وفي اول تعليق لهم على اعلان انتهاء "عاصفة الحزم"، طالب الحوثيون بوقف كامل للضربات وبعد ذلك باستنئناف الحوار الوطني برعاية الامم المتحدة".
وقال المتحدث باسم الحوثيين محمد عبد السلام في بيان نشره عبر فيسبوك "نطالب، وبعد التوقف التام للعدوان الغاشم على اليمن وفك الحصار الشامل على الشعب، باستئناف الحوار السياسي برعاية الأمم المتحدة من حيث توقف جراء العدوان".
كما اكد المتحدث باسم الحوثيين ان الحوار الوطني السابق والذي تضمنت نتائجه تحويل اليمن الى دولة فدرالية من ستة اقاليم، يبقى "مرجعية توافقية" لاستئناف العملية السياسية، وكذلك اتفاق "السلم والشراكة" الذي وقت عليه الاطراف بعد ساعات من سيطرة الحوثيين على صنعاء في 21 ايلول.
وفي مؤشر قد يدل على مزيد من الليونة على المستوى اليمني الداخلي، افرج الحوثيون عن وزير الدفاع اليمني محمود الصبيحي وعن شقيق الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي وعن مسؤول عسكري آخر.
وكان الحوثيون اعتقلوا الصبيحي واللواء الركن ناصر منصور هادي وكيل جهاز المخابرات في جنوب اليمن وقائد اللواء 119 العميد فيصل رجب بعد مواجهات في مدينة الحوطة عاصمة محافظة لحج في جنوب اليمن نهاية اذار.
وكان التحالف اعلن ليل الثلاثاء ان "دول التحالف واستجابة منها لطلب فخامة الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي (..) تعلن عن انتهاء عملية +عاصفة الحزم+ مع نهاية هذا اليوم وبدء عملية +إعادة الأمل+".
واكد البيان اطلاق عملية جديدة ذات طابع سياسي تحت مسمى "اعادة الامل" للعمل على "سرعة استئناف العملية السياسية وفق قرار مجلس الأمن رقم ( 2216)والمبادرة الخليجية ومخرجات الحوار الوطني الشامل، واستمرار حماية المدنيين، واستمرار مكافحة الارهاب، والاستمرار في تيسير إجلاء الرعايا الأجانب وتكثيف المساعدة الإغاثية والطبية للشعب اليمني (..)، والتصدي للتحركات والعمليات العسكرية للميليشيات الحوثية ومن تحالف معها (..) ومنع وصول الاسلحة جوا وبحرا إلى الميليشيات الحوثية وحليفهم علي عبدالله صالح من خلال المراقبة والتفتيش الدقيقين".
وعلى صعيد آخر، قتل سبعة عناصر مفترضين من القاعدة في غارة نفذتها طائرة من دون طيار يعتقد انها اميركية في مدينة المكلا عاصمة محافظة حضرموت في جنوب شرق البلاد، حسبما افاد شهود عيان.
واستهدفت الغارة مركبة كان يستقلها عناصر مفترضون من القاعدة بالقرب من القصر الجمهوري في مدينة المكلا التي سيطر عليها التنظيم المتطرف في وقت سابق هذا الشهر، وقد قتل جميع من على متنها.
وكانت القاعدة اعلنت في 14 نيسان مقتل القيادي ابراهيم الربيش في غارة لطائرة اميركية من دون طيار في جنوب شرق اليمن.

It was to be expected, this air campaign was never going to achieve anything, if only these saoud had been blessed with a bit of common sense they would have known it and this large-scale murder campaign could have been avoided.
Actually the only one to profit from this are the US weapons makers, there will be some juicy contracts to replenish the saudi stockpiles

The cahos we are witnessing in the arab world today is a master plan designed for the arab world to turn the arab world into another europe. Before you can do that, you need to eliminate the homogeniety of the people. This is done by bombing civliians, creating refugees, destabalizing the population, eradicate any historical roots. This is why Iran has warned Saudi Arabia that the attack on Yemen is a set up for Saudi Arabia, in that the ultimate target is Saudi Arab itself. We may soon see the break up of Saudi Arabia itself. This also explains why the most tribal societies in the arab world have been targeted first, ie: Iraq, Lybia, and Yemen today, with Syria not as tribal but was very pure, culturally speaking.

Bigjohn, I do agree in some of your analysis. But we should not forget, that it is the KSA that supports these takfiris and Hadi supporters.
Saudi Arabia gave birth to all these organizations, they are the broodmother of all this misery in the Middle East. They are also the one that closes their eyes to everything Israel does.
By the way, many muslim-sunni tribes are joining hands with the Ansarallah, because the KSA bombs didn't only hit shia, but sunni aswell. It's a battle for Yemens independence and to break the Wahabi shackles around their feet.
