الحكم "غيابياً بالاشغال الشاقة المؤبدة" على رفعت عيد

حكمت المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة على مسؤول العلاقات السياسية في "الحزب العربي الديمقراطي" رفعت عيد الفار من وجه العدالة بـ"الاشغال الشاقة المؤبدة" بجرم التحريض على القتال في عاصمة الشمال طرابلس.
ووفق صحيفة "الجمهورية"، الثلاثاء، فإن المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة برئاسة العميد الركن الطيار خليل ابراهيم أصدرت حكماً غيابياً "قضى بإنزال عقوبة اﻷشغال الشاقة المؤبدة بحق رفعت عيد".
ولفتت الى ان الحكم هو "بجرم التحريض على اﻹقتتال بين منطقتي جبل محسن وباب التبانة في طرابلس وتوزيع اﻷسلحة والحض على القتل".
الى ذلك، أشارت "الجمهورية"، الى ان المحكمة العسكرية قررت "تنفيذ مذكرة إلقاء القبض الصادرة بحقه".
يُشار الى انه في نيسان الفائت صدرت مذكرة توقيف جديدة بحق رئيس الحزب "العربي الديمقراطي" علي عيد ونجله رفعت عيد وثلاثة وخمسين آخرين، في مطالعة حول جولة إشتباكات في مدينة طرابلس.
وهذه المذكرة تعتبر الثالثة بحق رفعت عيد، فيما يتهم والده بمساعدة ضالعين بتفجيري مسجدي التقوى والسلام في 23 آب 2013 في الهروب.
وشوهد رفعت عيد في كاليفونيا بحسب ما صرح وزير العدل أشرف ريفي، في نيسان في حين أعلن وزير الداخلية نهاد المشنوق أن علي عيد هرب إلى سوريا عبر زورق في النهر الكبير قرب منزله في عكار.

Any guilt related to the bombings of the mosques remains to be proven, and in any case it was not the start of anything. The mosques bombing was in mid-2013, whereas the clashes started at least in early 2012.
Also, it's hard to believe that a small group in a surrounded enclave would be the one attacking a group at least 10 times bigger than it, and anyone who saw them chanting calls to slaughter infidels (especially "rafidis" and "shias") would know who's who.
