There are thousands like Samaha in Lebanon from both sides of the isle, some of whom have pledged their loyalties to foreign governments, such as Iran and Saudi Arabia among others. However, they were not caught with weapons in their trunks.

In a civil society, Samaha would be tried and given the chance to tell his side of the story and name names. I doubt the honorable Lebanese politicians will allow it, because of their corrupted involvement, and wish to silence him.

Why do we take so long to prosecute criminals in lebanon surely there is something called the statuate of limitations on how long a suspect is kept in custody without a trial , if this guy is guilty lets get it going and execute him to make an example to others who would sellout their nation .

Can someone please explain why it is taking so long to prosecute this guy if he is guilty and evidence is beyond shadow of doubt excute him in public to make an example out of someone who sells out his country and if he is innocent release him immediately.
