صقر يدعي على موقوف و10 فارين بينهم منصور والمولوي

إدعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر الخميس على موقوف وعشرة فارين من وجه العدالة بينهم أسامة منصور وشادي المولوي.
وتم الإدعاء بحسب الوكالة "الوطنية للإعلام" "في جرم الانتماء الى تنظيم ارهابي مسلح بهدف القيام بأعمال ارهابية والاحتماء في احد مساجد طرابلس لتفجير عبوة ناسفة ومتفجرات لاستهداف الجيش اللبناني في المنطقة".
واحالهم الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.
وأتى القرار بعد أن أصدر قاضي التحقيق العسكري نبيل وهبي في اليوم عينه قرارا اتهاميا في قضية انفجار عبوة في محلة طلعة الجنان في طرابلس في الثالث من آب الماضي "ادى الى استشهاد المواطن عصام الشعار".
واتهم القاضي وهبي "ثمانية موقوفين وثلاثة فارين من وجه العدالة هم : اسامة منصور، شادي المولوي وامير منصور بجرم تأليف عصابة مسلحة بهدف القيام بأعمال ارهابية والنيل من سلطة الدولة وهيبتها".
ومنصور شاب طرابلسي يناديه البعض "الامير"، في حقه عشرات مذكرات التوقيف،واوقف سابقا في البقاع ثم أفرج عنه.
ومن ضمن المجموعة ، يوجد شادي المولوي المتواري عن الانظار الذي طلب مجددا بعد تنفيذ الخطة الامنية، وهو المعتقل السابق الذي تم اطلاق سراحه بعد تظاهرات غضب في طرابلس نددت باعتقاله حينها.
ولعبت مجموعة أسامة منصور دورا أكبر مع بدء معركة عرسال التي اندلعت شهر آب الفائت بين الجيش ومسلحين متطرفين.
