2- stl proved to be biased by ignoring all other leads.
3- stl's rules of procedure and evidence allows them to condemn someone without sohwing them proof or testimonies. anything can be redacted before being shown to the defense. they can literally tell you "we have an anonymous witness who told us something confidential that incriminates you, and this is supported by secret evidence, what do you have to say to defend yourself?"

The only real problem with this tribunal is that it doesn't have the authority to decide to hang Nasrallah on the middle of Sassine square.
