Yemen's ex-president Ali Abdullah Saleh said in an interview broadcast Friday he had rejected "millions of dollars" Saudi Arabia offered him if he stood up to the Shiite rebels.

"They told us 'we'll pay you millions of dollars if you ally with us'" against the Huthis, Saleh told the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen television channel, adding that he rejected the offer.

A suicide bomber disguised in women's clothing blew himself up at the entrance to a Saudi Shiite mosque during Friday prayers killing three people, the interior ministry said.

The Islamic State jihadist group claimed the attack, the second in a week.

A Kenyan man pleaded guilty to supporting three different terrorist organizations Thursday, admitting to providing money and recruits in Syria and Somalia, the U.S. Justice Department said.  

The suspect, 27-year-old Mohamed Hussein Said, is accused of providing material support to "foreign terrorist organizations," according to a statement from the Justice Department. 

Prime Minister Tammam Salam is scheduled to visit Saudi Arabia next Tuesday for talks with top Saudi officials.

During his two-day trip, Salam will meet with King Salman and senior Saudi figures.

Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday that it has imposed sanctions on two prominent members of Hizbullah on charges of “carrying out terrorist acts throughout the Middle East,” reported the Saudi Press Agency according to a statement issued by the kingdom.

It identified them as Khalil Harb and Mohammed Qabalan.

Saudi Arabia beheaded a convicted murderer on Wednesday in its 89th execution this year, adding to a toll that has already overtaken the total for all of 2014.

Fahd bin Hussein Daghriri was found guilty and sentenced to death for his role in the murder of a fellow Saudi citizen, the interior ministry said in a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency.

Shellfire from Yemen killed one civilian and a member of the security forces in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, officials said.

The latest casualties bring to at least 28 the number of people, military and civilian, killed in the Saudi border zone since a Saudi-led coalition began air strikes against Iran-backed Shiite Huthi rebels in Yemen on March 26.

The Kuwaiti lower court on Tuesday overturned a decision by the Gulf state's government to revoke the citizenship of a former Islamist opposition lawmaker and his family, his lawyer said.

"Thank God, the court has scrapped the decision and restored the citizenship of the Barghash family," lawyer Al-Humaidi al-Subaie wrote on his Twitter account.

Saudi Arabia on Tuesday carried out its 88th execution so far this year, surpassing the total for all of 2014 despite activists' concerns that trials are not conducted fairly.

The interior ministry identified the latest to be put to death as Saudis Awad al-Rowaili and Lafi al-Shammary, who were convicted of smuggling amphetamines.

Almost two-thirds of the population of war-torn Yemen have no access to clean water, two months into the Saudi-led air campaign against rebel forces, relief agency Oxfam said Tuesday.

"Ongoing air strikes, ground fighting and fuel shortages mean that an additional three million Yemenis are now without drinking water, raising the total number of Yemenis without a clean water supply and sanitation to at least 16 million," the Britain-based organization said.
