World Famous Icelandic singer Björk and British broadcaster and naturalist David Attenborough will explore the evolution of music, in a documentary to be shown on Channel 4, the Hollywood Reporter reports.
Directed by Louise hopper, the documentary, which is to be called ‘Attenborough and Björk: The Nature of Music’ will reportedly investigate the "evolution" of music, both within human history and in the context of the planet's other species. As well as discussing his own love of song, naturalist Attenborough will describe the role music plays in the lives of creatures such as blue whales, the reed warbler and the lyrebird.

Marvin Hamlisch, the composer behind a string of Broadway and Hollywood hits including "A Chorus Line," "The Way We Were" and "The Sting," has died, his publicist said Tuesday. He was 68.
"He died last night in Los Angeles," Ray Costa told Agence France Presse, adding that Hamlisch had been admitted to hospital in suburban Burbank last week. He did not disclose the cause of death.
