The right of return is a sacred right and must be honored by Israel but for ISRAEL to be forced to let that happen if it doesn’t want voluntarily, the Palestinian people must first ACKNOLEDGE the right of Israel to exist. I mean, I didnt want to write all the details that I thought people understood But I can do it for people like you.

1. 2006, hezb. was not considered in control of the Lebanese government. SO, the international law ( open the UN Chamber Conv. and read) says that EVEN if a state is provoked, it should use PROPORTIONAL self defense.
There are also case law, that makes this even more important in cases when the state really didnt have any control, but still they are held responsible. In other cases, if the state is trying to stop armed groups but cant...
2. THIS time, Hezb is totally in control of Lebanon, and, the Lebanese current government has accepted Hezbs weapons, and thus, has accepted the politics of Hezb. According to the same UN Convention, this means that the Lebanese state officially has accepted Hezbz acts as their own. THIS means, that israel is entitled to hit really hard on Lebanese State "goals".
