دار نقاش حاد بين وزير العدل شكيب قرطباوي ووزير الداخلية والبلديات مروان شربل في جلسة الحكومة الأربعاء حول ملف داتا الاتصالات.
وفي المعلومات، أفادت صحيفة "النهار" الخميس أن وزير العدل بادر الى القول إن وزير الداخلية انتقد ثلاثة من كبار القضاة في اللجنة القضائية المكلفة بت طلبات تسليم الداتا واتهمهم بالتقاعس.
فرد عليه وزير الداخلية مروان شربل بأن الوزارة ارسلت بعد محاولة اغتيال رئيس حزب "القوات اللبنانية" سمير جعجع طلبا لتسلم الداتا فجاء جواب اللجنة بعد خمسة ايام بأنها تريد تعديل الطلب.
وأرسل اليها طلب ثان فجاء الجواب ايضا بأن اللجنة تريد تعديل الطلب وتكرر الامر للمرة الثالثة. وتساءل "كيف يمكن المضي في التحقيق؟".
وأضافت الصحيفة أن الوزيران اتفقا على الاجتماع مع القضاة الثلاثة لتوضيح الامور.
وقد تعرض جعجع لمحاولة اغتيال في الرابع من نيسان الماضي قنصا عندما كان في مقر سكنه في معراب عبر قناصين استعملا بندقيتي "شتاير" من عيار 12.7 و14.5.
وكانت قد رفضت الهيئة القضائية اعطاء داتا الاتصالات الـ"كاملة" المتعلقة بمحاولة اغتيال رئيس حزب القوات اللبنانية.
واتهمت قوى 14 آذار وزير الاتصالات نقولا صحناوي بتضليل التحقيقات ومنع الحصول على الداتا لكن الأخير صرح أن الأمر متعلق بالهيءة القضائية.

Lah ya geha, regardless of the political stances the ministry of interior is required to provide a better case to the judiciray committee. The law cannot be so loose, in nowhere in the world can you ask for the entire telecom data, the ISF just needs to do its job better, look for leads and targets suspects like any security agency in the world.
Plus, the basis of any democracy is the separation of powers, so the ministry of interior is not supposed to pressure the judiciary in any way.
I am not a supporter of any of the two blocks but too many lines have become blurred because of the political divisions..we need to be careful not to fall in black holes.
