الحكومة تفشل في التوصل الى حل نهائي بشأن "أزمة النفايات" واستكمال البحث في آلية عملها الثلاثاء

لم تتوصل الحكومة الى اتفاق حول آلية عملها التي تم البحث بها في الجلسة التي انعقدت صباح الخميس والتي كان بانتظارها ملفات عدة للمناقشة.
وأفادت وسائل الاعلام عن ان جلسة مجلس الوزراء انتهت فيما يستكمل البحث بآلية عمل الحكومة في جلسة ستعقد الثلاثاء المقبل.
وقال الوزير آلان حكيم لاذاعة صوت لبنان 100.5 "لم يتم الاتفاق على الآلية، وجلسة الثلاثاء المقبل هي لاستكمال البحث في هذا الملف".
وحول ملف "النفايات" صرح "النفايات لا تحتاج الى قرار من مجلس الوزراء".
ونقلت الاذاعة عن رئيس الحكومة تمام سلام في مستهل الجلسة قوله أن "لمقاربة القائمة على التوافق، وكانت تجربة ناجحة واعتراض وزير او اكثر لا يجوز ان يمنع المجلس من اتخاذ قرار".
وخلال الجلسة سأل وزير العدل أشرف ريفي سلام ما إذا كان سيستقيل في حال لم يتم الاتفاق يوم الثلثاء على الالية ، فرد سلام "كل الاحتمالات واردة".
ووصف وزير التربية الياس بو صعب الجلسة بـ"الهادئة". وقال "كان هناك توافق وسنستكمل البحث في الالية الثلثاء المقبل".
ويطالب التيار "الوطني الحر" بمناقشة آلية عمل الحكومة. ويعتبر رئيس التيار النائب ميشال عون أن سلام يحتكر الصلاحيات. واتهم الحكومة مرات عديدة أنها "تتجاوز القانون والدستور"، واصفا إياها "بغير الشرعية".
وحول أزمة النفايات التي يغرق بها البلد منذ أيام، أكد وزير البيئة محمد المشنوق بعد الجلسة "السعي لايجاد مطامر في كل المناطق اللبنانية"، متوجها لرؤساء البلديات بالتحية لتأمينهم مطامر مؤقتة حتى ايجاد حل.
وقال المشنوق "ابتداء من اليوم سنلاحظ انخفاضا بنسبة تكدس النفايات في الطرقات اللبنانية".
وكان المشنوق طرح منذ أيام تجزئة طمر النفايات بين المناطق، قائلا "لا حلول جذرية بل مؤقتة"، مقترحا "لا مركزية" النفايات.
وأمس الأربعاء افادت تقارير عن اقتراحات مؤقتة لبلدية بيروت لحل الازمة. إذ أوضح رئيس البلدية بلال حمد ان الحل يتكون من بندين الاول "التمني على مجلس الوزراء تكليف شركة سوكلين الاستمرار في أعمال جمع وكنس النفايات ضمن بيروت الادارية حصرا، ونقلها الى معامل المعالجة في الكرنتينا من دون الطمر".
والثاني "تكليف احدى الشركات تأمين عقار خارج بيروت الادارية ليكون مكبا للنفايات التي ستنقلها "سوكلين".
ومع اقفال مطمر الناعمة في 17 تموز والذي تزامن مع انتهاء عقد شركة "سوكلين" غرق البلد بالنفايات وسط اعتصامات نفذها أهالي بلدات عدة منها حبالين و الكفور في النبطية رفضا لاستقبال شاحنات النفايات لطمرها في مكب بلدتهم.

I really like Sheik Sami Gemayel! He seams unrestricted by typical leb politics... Like he is free to speak the truth without the automatic opposition that the fpm have as a result of Aoun. There is a huge problem in Lebanon with mafia controlled companies holding Lebanon hostage! The current political class are either influenced/controlled by these mafia companies or have lost legitimacy in too much of the population to be taken seriously!

Don't you love this country? Instead of meeting around the clock to resolve an environmental disaster, they postpone the discussions until next Tuesday. Now, they will all go to their palaces, relax with their families and let the common people deal with the shit on the streets. How nice!

what is sectarian about my comment? The mafia companies do not know sectarian boundaries. Money is sectarian and racially blind unlike you and your trolls that think everything is about sunni/shiite. This company Sukleen, is abusing and taking Lebanon and the local municipalities hostage by refusing to pick up the rubbish! why every time their contract is about to end, is there a rubbish crisis?

Sure they'll pick it up if you re knew their contract for $130 per tonne. Jbail processes their rubbish for $60 tonne and gets it even lower to $30 tonne when they sell their recyclables.

i have a great solution we should just dump all our garbage across the border in syria...the one million plus syrians in lebanon are surely adding garbage to our already huge mountains of garbage so why not dump it in Syria, its a lawless country anyways

What's the use of having a government if it doesn't function like one from the election of a president to garbage they fail they should not be paid for their so called service to the nation why aren't we having elections hasn't the government mandate finished or is it a dictatorship now
