قاسم: حكومة ترعى الانتخابات الرئاسية حتى لو لم تحصل على الثقة أمر مخالف للدستور

رد نائب الأمين العام ل"حزب الله" الشيخ نعيم قاسم على رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان قائلا أن حكومة جديدة بدون ثقة مجلس النواب، لا يمكنها أن تشرف انتخابات رئاسية.
وقال قاسم في تصريح الخميس "فريق 14 آذار الذي عمل على التدمير المنهجي للمؤسسات، بدءا من تعطيل تشكيل الحكومة، مرورا بعدم حضور جلسات المجلس النيابي لمنعها من الانعقاد، وانتهاء بجملة تحريضية لمخالفة القوانين، تارة باسم حكومة الأمر الواقع، وأخرى بطرح الشروط الإقصائية لفريق وازن من اللبنانيين".
وأضاف "لو ساعدتهم الظروف لشكلوا حكومة اللون الواحد على الرغم من تسمية الجميع لرئيس الحكومة المكلف، لكنهم لم يحصلوا على الأكثرية لذلك".
واستغرب قاسم طرح 14 آذار "فكرة الحكومة التي لا تحصل على ثقة المجلس أي التي لا تجمع الأكثرية بهدف إزاحة حكومة تصريف الأعمال، واستبدالها بحكومة مبتورة تكون بإدارتهم" متابعا "عقد فشل طرحهم هذا بسبب المخالفة الصريحة للدستور والقوانين، فرفع من التداول".
كما أعرب عن مفاجأته "أن يطرح رئيس الجمهورية العماد ميشال سليمان تشكيل حكومة جديدة ترعى الانتخابات الرئاسية، حتى ولو لم تحصل على الثقة" قائلا أن "هذا الأمر مخالف للدستور، فالحكومة التي لن تنال الثقة لا تتسلم من حكومة تصريف الأعمال، فلا يصل الدور إلى رعايتها للانتخابات الرئاسية لأنها منعدمة الوجود القانوني".
وشرح أن "مثل هذا المسار يدخل البلد في النزاع والانقسام والفوضى، بينما الأجدى هو بذل الجهد لتشكيل حكومة وطنية جامعة تنال ثقة المجلس النيابي وتقوم بواجباتها، ومنها رعاية الانتخابات الرئاسية، وحبذا لو يتم ذلك اليوم قبل الغد".
وكان قد دعا سليمان الإثنين الى "تشكيل حكومة جديدة ترعى الانتخابات الرئاسية حتى لو لم تحصل على الثقة".

Constitution since when does this fool or Hezbollah leader ever know about constitution
When your a loyal to Lebanon that's when can talk bout constitutions and procedures. Also u apply the constitution when you see fit.. The president asked you withdraw from Syria ad you refused . your organisations doesnt respect the executive authority also what Hezbollah is doing is illegal.
