From These 50 Artisans from Beirut, Telling us their profession, their passion, their dreams and wishes, we will remember their unwavering commitment to the city, their fear of losing their livelihood and their desire to pass on their experience.
Through testimonies and portraits, this is a book about all the faces that are the reflection and the soul of a city.
The book, written by Diane Mehanna and Marielle Khayat, with photography by Paul Gorra, will have all its proceeds donated to the AEP, Association d’Entraide Professionnelle, An association that advocates the right to economic initiative and the right to loans for all. The authors are also looking for partners and sponsors willing to support this cause as well.
