Israeli warplanes targeted a two-story house at dawn Wednesday in the plain of the Baalbek district town of Taraya, causing no casualties, the National News Agency and media reports said.
A Lebanese security source, speaking on condition of anonymity, told AFP the strike targeted "warehouses believed to belong to Hezbollah."
It is the first airstrike to target the Bekaa region since the Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire entered into effect on November 27.
Several airstrikes have targeted south Lebanon since the ceasefire began, killing several people.
Several hours after the Wednesday dawn strike, an Israeli surveillance drone started overflying Beirut and its southern suburbs at low and medium altitudes, after such activity stopped for several days.
