Man Held in Masharii al-Qaa for Smuggling Syrians into Lebanon
Agents from Hermel's State Security department arrested Wednesday the Syrian Mohammed Hindi al-Alaywi, 39, in the border area of Masharii al-Qaa, state-run National News Agency reported.
The man is accused of “smuggling Syrians carrying no identification documents into Lebanon,” NNA said.
“His Mercedes car was seized and he will be referred to the competent authorities,” the agency added.
