A wounded Syrian has transported to Lebanon through al-Qaa border crossing in the Bekaa region, reported the National News Agency on Thursday.
The Syrian national has been transferred to al-Salam Hospital in al-Qobeiyyat for treatment.
The operation was carried out in cooperation with the Red Cross and Lebanon General Security, it added.
It also reported that a shooting took place near the Lebanese-Syrian border where a number of shepherds at the border were fired at.
Six heads of sheep were killed in the incident.
On September 24, a number of villages situated along the border with Syria, in Akkar in particular, were subject to heavy shooting from the Syrian side, creating a state of panic among the residents who were forced to escape the region to Wadi Khaled.
A number of infiltrations by the Syrian army have been reported in the past couple of months.
