A delegation of the al-Mustaqbal Movement has traveled on Friday to the French capital in a bid to continue the negotiations that have been ongoing at various levels, al-Joumhouria daily said on Saturday.
The delegation included Nader Hariri, the adviser of al-Mustaqbal movement leader Saad Hariri, and a number of other consultants including former MP Ghattas Khoury.
The trip comes a couple of days ahead of a parliament session that is aimed to convene to extend its own term.
Media sources denied reports claiming that Health Minister Wael Abou Faour is part of the delegation heading to Paris. They said that he left Beirut last Thursday on a private visit with Taimur Jumblat, son of PSP leader, and that the two visits have no links.
